The Department of Landscape Architecture invites you to a public forum discussion presented by Joe Brown and Todd Kohli of EDAW, Inc., the world's largest landscape architecture, planning and environmental firm.
EDAW has over 1,600 professional employees and 30 offices worldwide. For more than half a century, EDAW has been a leader in the fields of community and environmental planning, urban design, and landscape architecture. The firm's solutions for creating better places stem from its commitment of fusing sustainable resource management with enduring and distinguished physical design.
Brown is CEO/President and has been a guiding force behind EDAW's worldwide expansion, and an aggressive voice in his profession's move toward deeper collaboration among disciplines.
Kohli is one of the University's 2008 Alumni Achievement Award recipients. He is co-managing director of EDAW's multidisciplinary San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices. He focuses on complex urban projects that bring people back to the city, helping to create spaces with the multiplicity of choice integral to city life. He received his bachelor of landscape architecture degree from Penn State in 1998.
