of Student Aid can help you through the process of applying
for financial aid at Penn State. The first thing you need to do
is get familiar with the financial aid programs that are available
at Penn State and make sure you know when the aid application deadlines
are. Next you complete a three-step process:
Step 1: Complete the FAFSA on the Web
Step 2: Confirm your FAFSA on the Web Information
Step 3: Complete your registration to receive your aid
The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal
Student Aid. It is a standard federal aid application form that
opens the door to the federal aid process. Once you have completed
it your are considered for the following financial aid programs:
Federal, State, and University Grants
Federal Work-Study
Federal Loans
Scholoarships
Federal Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) |
